Licensing Agreement For Al Marconi Media Productions
Terms and Conditions
I. GRANT OF LICENSE: This license agreement permits you to use any purchased Al Marconi Media Productions backing track in a domestic environment or as an accompaniment to a live performance. It is granted to the named Licensee ONLY - Use by third parties is strictly forbidden.
II. COPYRIGHT: These backing tracks are protected by international law. Copies may be produced solely for backup or archival purposes. If you are granted written permission to make additions to these tracks of any kind the copyright will remain with Al Marconi Media Productions and will not be transferable.
III. USAGE: Al Marconi Media backing tracks can be used and adapted for your personal use only. You are not permitted to create or allow to be be created (by a third party) any type of commercial product, including any type of recordings for self-promotion based upon these backing tracks without first obtaining the express written permissions and licensing consent from Al Marconi Media Productions via www.almarconimedia.com.
If you wish to use any of these tracks for a commercial project such as a cd production, please write to us explaining the nature of your project. We will take into account your individual and specific circumstances in negotiating a license fee.
IV. RESTRICTIONS:
(i) You may not swap, give away, loan, rent, lease, transfer (including any type of modem transmission), dispose of or allow the data to be distributed in any manner which could infringe upon the rights of Al Marconi Media Productions.
(ii) You may not make commercial audio backing tracks, including Karaoke type products, made in whole or in part from the backing tracks.
(iii) You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the backing tracks.
(iv) You may not make samples or loops from the tracks, or use any part of the track by itself for any purpose.
